My name is Claudiu Roman, I am from Sibiu, and I have developed a passion for racing pigeons since childhood. My first interaction with them occurred at the age of 4 or 5 during a trip to Iran.

At the age of 12-13, after we moved to a new house, my brother and I purchased our first pigeons and I joined the Sibiu Pigeon Association. I learned the secrets of pigeon breeding from renowned breeders and began participating in competitions. In 1990, I achieved my first major success with a female pigeon that earned the best result in the young bird competitions in Sibiu.

In 1998, due to personal changes, I temporarily stepped away from pigeon breeding. However, my passion was rekindled in 2006 when I built a new loft and acquired pigeons from well-known breeders. This marked the beginning of a successful period, winning numerous competitions at the county level.

In 2006 and 2007, I imported pigeons from Belgium, achieving notable results in national competitions. My performances culminated in 2008, when I won multiple prizes both as a breeder and individually, thanks to hard work and the support of my wife, Anca.

My passion for racing pigeons and constant dedication have led to remarkable results in pigeon racing competitions. With the support of my family and through strategic investments, I intend to continue improving the performance of my loft in the future.

Transportation costs (both domestic and international) will be paid directly to the carriers.

The transportation rates are as follows

• International transport: 250 RON (50 EUR) per pigeon, for deliveries outside Romania.
• External transport: 125 RON (25 EUR) per pigeon for deliveries from Europe to Romania.
• Home delivery: 250 RON (50 EUR) per pigeon.
• Domestic transport within Romania: 75 RON (15 EUR) per pigeon.

Pigeons will be delivered only to county residences, except in cases where the buyer's residence is more than 25 km away from the designated meeting point. In such cases, the courier will recalculate the cost and arrange delivery within the 25 km radius.

Meeting points:

• Supermarket parking lot
• Gas station parking lot

Meetings on the roadside, at roundabouts, intersections, etc., are excluded.

The courier is required to notify the buyer one day before delivery and again 1.5 to 2 hours before arriving at the meeting point. Upon request and for an additional cost of 5 RON, pigeons can be delivered in a cardboard box.

Delivery times:

• 1-7 days from the date of collection for deliveries within Romania.
• 1-10 days for international deliveries.

Working hours:
Monday - Sunday, from 07:00 to 23:00.

During transportation, the pigeons are considered the property of the courier, who is directly responsible for their well-being. If a pigeon does not meet clinical standards (is unhealthy or weak), the courier is obligated to refuse collection from the seller and immediately inform the auction site's management. Any issues caused by the courier will be financially compensated by them.
